Shipping & Damaged Items
KyllaaSoulz is not responsible for items damaged, lost, or delayed during shipping. Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.
Replacement Requests
In the event that you receive an incorrect item or believe there is a fulfillment issue, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
