Shipping Responsibility
Kyllaa Soulz is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been handed off. Any delivery issues should be addressed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking number.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Kyllaa Soulz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
